Rooter One

Rooter One just replaced my water heater and converted it from gas to electric. Coleman and Ron were excellent! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did great work. Thank you Rooter One! Job well done!!

11/29/2024 The woman on the phone quoted me $350 for a 1000 gallon pump out tank. When the guy came to pump out my septic tank, i asked him how big is my septic tank, He said it was a 1000 gallon tank and he charged me $1300. So, i don't know why the price hike?

Great company! Fair price, no fees. Octavius came to pump our tank he was excellent and explained a few things to us. He worked fast and did a great job! I will definitely go back to them in a few years. They even squeezed me in same day which I obviously really appreciate. Thanks Rooter One!

They're a good company. Royce pumped our septic system. He was very professional and a very nice person. If you use this company, and you want good service, ask for Royce. The septic here is under warranty and they do follow their warranty to a tee. Good company.

Royce's customer service is excellent! He was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain the services being performed and what services will need to be performed in the future to keep the system functioning properly. I think Rooter One's weekend price markup is high but the customer service was great.

Absolute top notch. Great customer service from the 1st phone call asking for service. The ladies were great. Royce came out and cleaned the septic. He was very friendly and professional. This is will be the only company I will use for home and will call them for my business too. Highly recommend.

There's a tropical storm coming, it's already dark outside, and our toilets won't flush! 😳 I called Rooter One and spoke to Peter who was so nice and extremely understanding. He didn't miss a beat. He called one of their drivers (to see how soon he'd be available to help us) then called me back to say Royce would be here in about an hour. True to his word, Royce was here on time. He was AMAZE BALLS!!! He was so super professional and answered all our questions. We will never use another service! Thank you, Peter - and especially Royce!!! Rooter One has customers for LIFE!!! 🙂
